Is a deposit required?

Yes. To reserve your date you must send a £100 deposit. 50% of your total will be due 7 days prior to your event. Final payment is due after balloons have been installed.

Is there an order minimum?

Big Day Hooray works within most budgets however there is an order minimum of £150.

Aren't balloons bad for the environment?

Big Day Hooray only used top quality balloons from reputable manufactures. The latex in the latex balloons has been collected responsibly and biodegrades back to dirt as fast as an Oak leaf! 

Can I change my balloon colors?

Yes! Big Day Hooray will confirm your color choices 7 days before your event. Colors can be changed anytime before.
